Right now we can mark an artist who is a member of another artist as a founding member, but sometimes conductors founds an orchestra or choir as well. It feels odd to make that artist a simple member, or to add the artist both as a member and a conductor. So an attribute to mark that would be useful.

For example, Collegium Vocale Freiburg was founded by conductor Christoph Kühlewein (source).
