"Relocated to/from" Place-Place relationship type

      Occasionally a Place will move from one location to another. Currently we have no way to link the two other than via annotation.

      The begin and end dates should be the date when the move occurred, if known.

      Example with link phrases:
      Bojangles' Coliseum relocated to Charlotte Coliseum in 1988
      Charlotte Coliseum relocated from Bojangles' Coliseum in 1988
