Add JASRAC ID to artists

      Similar to JASRAC ID on works — allowed by MBS-5863 if i'm correct — it would be cool to have JASRAC ID on artists.

          Actually maybe there was a JASRAC artist code when I created this ticket, I don’t remember.

          Or I just confused both sites (minc and JASRAC).

          You can close this ticket and we keep STYLE-755.

          Oh maybe JASRAC artist ID was not correct as a name…
          In fact, I see those ID in MINC’s 音楽の森 MusicForest recording page https://www.minc.gr.jp/db/GakInfo.aspx?SAKUHINCD=0A527037 artist search pages https://www.minc.gr.jp/db/ArtCdSrch.aspx?ARTCD1=29440536&ARTCD2=001 and https://www.minc.gr.jp/db/ArtNmSrch.aspx?ArtNm=bowie&SchType=2 (they require account).
          David Bowie is 29440536-001 for instance.
          But I don’t see them in actual JASRAC site…
          They call it アーティストコード which reaeds as artist code.
          They don’t have any sort of codes visible on labels in that site.

          Maybe we should call that a MINC artist code ?

          I'm not sure about JASRAC, but I know SESAC assigns unique IDs to Labels as well as Artists.

          SESAC also assigns IDs to artists. In the event this is implemented, "SESAC ID" ought to be added as a drop-down option.

          Artists aren't works, so no, adding dynamic work attributes did not make it possible.
