"Has headquarters in" Area-Label relationship

      (This is a companion to STYLE-816)
      We currently have no way to denote the city where a Label has its headquarters other than via annotations or abusing the Area field. So I propose an AR for this.
      Example with link phrases:
      Vireo has headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee
      Brentwood, Tennessee houses headquarters for Vireo
