I would like to ask for the country "West Germany" being added to the list of areas.

Rationale:

• There is "East Germany", so there should also be "West Germany".
• There are numerous "made in West Germany" releases which currently can only be set as "manufactured in Germany". This is undesirable as it weakens the information: "West Germany" implies 1990 or before.
• The best solution might be area credits: Link to Germany, but under the credit "West Germany". I've opened a ticket for it: https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/STYLE-827 However, I guess it won't be implemented any time soon. An area West Germany would give us the possibility to immediately use "West Germany". Later, when hopefully at some point area credits are ready, "West Germany" could just be merged into the area "Germany".
