Add TouhouDB to other database whitelist

      TouhouDB should be added to the other database whitelist. It is run by the same people & software as the VocaDB and UtaiteDB so the same rules should apply for URLs. Album URLs should be mapped to MusicBrainz Releases, not release groups though. All URLs should be HTTPs.
