Background and pictures in forum thread: Packaging type: ‘Pilzpak’?

There is a CD packaging type currently not listed at MB, nor under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_disc_packaging. The design was patented by PILZ label/owner mainly to get a CD case with standard (Jewel) 1CD dimensions but 2CD capacity, a niche since then ”overtaken” by Smart Tray & Brilliant Box; but as they have standard paper inlay dimensions, this has a Back not fitting the usual outer case, which warrants adding it as new Type.
