North America is an umbrella term used to refer to the United States and Canada (and sometimes Mexico) as one unit. The reason I'm requesting this is several Europe-based labels (e.g. Frontiers Records, Steamhammer and UDR) will often release the exact same product in both the European and North American markets, sometimes with separate release dates for each market. I've been using "United States" as a stand-in for North America, but this is somewhat disingenuous because the same releases are also available in other North American countries.
