It is common for releases to "Have been manufactured in the EU" or some such, but the closest thing we currently have is "Europe", which ''almost'' covers it, but not quite (Norway, Switzerland aren't part of the EU; Russia and Turkey have had talks with the EU about joining even though they're only partially geographically part of Europe).
