Create Edition Group while creating Edition

      I could have sworn I had made this ticket ages ago, well

      Much like the ability in MB for the creation of Release Groups during the creation of releases, it would be a really useful thing to be able to create Edition Groups while creating an Edition, this to prevent double entry of names, ease adding many editions, and even de-duple some code in places.
