Places of Birth and Death are very unspesific.

      Right now place of birth and place of death are.. very un-granulated

      Take the example https://bookbrainz.org/author/23f213e6-6c90-43be-b2b5-381bc9f016ef his wikidata https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1323220 shows very clearly the actual places of death and birth while in BookBrainz these are both just "Norway"

      Perhaps we can just fetch the list of areas data from MusicBrainz instead?
