Improve "Are we missing an entry?" section.

      When doing a search with no result, there is a section called

      "Are we missing an entry?"

      With buttons for author, work, edition (edition group¹) and publisher; when clicking one of these, the new entity should have the search term pre-filled as the name

      Additionally This section should always be present (just because a term is found doesn't mean it is the right one)

      ¹ As EG are now auto-created with editions this should instead say "series" once we have that
