There is an anomaly where (it seems) created works don't count towards the 'Worker Bee' achievements if they've been made using the 'Add Work' button anywhere except for in the top menu.

Unsure if other achievements are affected.

Update:

It looks like works added using the top menu don't necessarily trip the Worker Bee achievement either. Explorer (view entities) doesn't seem to trigger correctly either.
