Currently, a "review" can have some review text and/or a rating. We allow users to make only a rating without any review text.

The result of this is that the list of reviews on the front page or the reviews browse page is almost entirely ratings, which isn't really very useful to people reading CB.

We should separate the list of text reviews and rating reviews. In the main browse pages, only show new text reviews. See if there is a nice way to show ratings, but in my opinion this isn't as important and maybe we could skip it.

In an entity page, we show a list of reviews. If a review is a rating, we should directly show the rating on the entity page. Only show a link to the review if there is some review text.

todo: does it make sense to continue storing ratings in the full review/revision table? Positive: you can make a rating, and then in the future update it to include a full review. Negative: the entire rating/revision table setup just for a ranking of 1-5. Maybe better to have separate review and rating tables to make it easier to implement the above?
