On an entity page, we show a list of reviews by users, each as a link to the review page.

If the review has only a rating, it's a lot of work for a user of the site to click through to it only to see that there's no review text on the page.

To make it easier for users to see which reviews are ratings and which are full reviews, we should show a rating in-line in the table on the entity page. If the review is rating-only, then don't link to it. Only show a link if there is text. If a review is both text and rating, show both the rating in the table on the entity page, and a link.
