Make a list of all known tables and their columns and take a guess at whether or not columns should be included in a public data dump or not. Making a gist as the initial point of discussion is probably fine. Then we'll discuss with other team members and revise the list. Then, we will ask for public feedback on this list. After the public feedback is complete, we'll have a list of tables/columns that should be included in the data dump.
