Once CB-51 is complete we will need to create a script that will be called from cron periodically to dump the data to JSON for easily consumable data dumps. Two data files will need to be created:

• public data, CC-by-nc-sa licensed.
• public data, CC-by-sa licensed.

The data dumps should:

1. Contain the CC license text.
2. contain JSON files, one per release-group. Multiple reviews may appear in one JSON file.
3. Organize the files to be spread out into subdirectories. Reviews for release group 5c8a25bf-4764-3cce-8f37-30af79d3b101 should be in the following file 5/5c/5c8a25bf-4764-3cce-8f37-30af79d3b101.json
