PNG image scaling loses transparency, has artifacts because of JPEG

      Since all scaled CAA images are converted to JPEG, which doesn't support transparency, transparent PNGs can look pretty ugly.

      Maybe they should simply be rendered with a white or black background before converting to JPEG?
