Normalize DNB URLs to HTTP

      We standardize to the HTTP permalink since MBS-11628 - before that the HTTPS links were blocked, but even earlier it seems they were allowed, since we seem to have over 20 thousand of them if my query was right.

          I created a derivative script NormalizeToHTTP from the script NormalizeToHTTPS, tested it and started to convert the 27859 HTTPS URLs (for 18760 HTTP ones), by hourly batch of 500, using the following command in admin/cron/hourly.sh on hip:

          echo MBBE-38: Update DNB URLs to use HTTP
./admin/NormalizeToHTTP 500  d-nb.info

          Should be done in four days.
