The release editor seeding documentation mentions the "integer link type ID", but I couldn't find the integers needed anywhere but in the code. The same page seems suitable for a table of link type integers and the corresponding relationship types.

A quick fix would be simply linking the code so you know where to look. It wouldn't be crazy to add it under the relationship types themselves.
