Allow seeding release editor with link type MBIDs

      For seeding URLs, we currently allow to use "urls.x.link_type: The integer link type ID to use for the relationship.". Those are supposed to be for inside use only - but due to this we're having to display them to users (MBS-11158). We should allow using the link type MBID instead.
