Strange things happen when adding the tracklist to a release with exactly 1 unknown medium

      Description

      If someone encounters MBS-11320 (a release has medium 1 without a tracklist and an errant medium 2 with a tracklist), then the release editor results in 2 edits:

      1. https://musicbrainz.org/edit/76253800 - Add medium
      2. https://musicbrainz.org/edit/76253801 - Reorder mediums (Automatically applied / Failed dependency)
      > Can’t move a medium into position 1, where one already exists.
