It is no longer possible to seed the release editor with multiple values for a parameter. As far as I can see from the documentation this only affects the release group type. The confirmation page joins the values with a comma which breaks the parsing and displays an error message:

The data you’ve seeded contained the following errors:

• Invalid release group type: “album,compilation”.
