Beta: Release seeding landing page loses linebreaks

      I am sorry to create yet another ticket related to the changes from MBS-11092 but the new landing page to confirm the release editor seed loses all the linebreaks. The problem occurs for every release seeded with https://etc.marlonob.info/atisket because it makes use of the affected multiline fields annotation and edit_note. It happens regardless of whether you expand/edit the form with the request data.

      As far as I understand the problem, only the <input type="text"> element has to be replaced by a <textarea> element for the affected fields in order to fix this.
