Slightly grey out tabs that have no content

It would be great to communicate the content of some of the tabs on an Artist page without the user having to click through to each tab. This should probably consistently apply to other pages that have tabs as well (a lot of them), but the artist page is the most common.

Lightly greying out each tab that is 'empty' would be nice (see mockup), although other methods could also work*.

Because clicking on an empty tab doesn't provide a relevant link, like 'add tag' or 'add work', clicking on most empty tabs is an entirely wasted click. I say this because greying out a tab might make people think a tab is unclickable (e.g. nothing is lost in that scenario). That said I don't see any reason to make them un-clickable.

*e.g. indicating a number in brackets next to each tab - more informative, but makes the UI too crowded imo.
