Show on reviews tab whether there are reviews or not

      Show whether a user should bother clicking through to the reviews tab or not, by indicating if there are any reviews.

      Either by greying out the tab slightly when none, or a number in parenthesis showing the number of reviews, as also described in: https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/MBS-11645
