Using /release-group/edit to add a Release Group to a Series does not behave the same as using /series/edit to do so

      When a Release Group is added to a manual Series using Release Group Edit, it is not given a value for "order", which causes all kinds of problems for the editing interface after the fact.  This does not behave the same as using Series Edit to add a Release Group, which automatically adds a numeric "order" value.
