      I'm not sure I understand how "manual ordering" and/or "specific ordering" works

      On http://musicbrainz.org/series/874c8e75-2e04-4bdd-9fd4-7989117a1d60 I see:

      2. 41
      3. 1
      4. 2
      ...

      But on http://musicbrainz.org/series/874c8e75-2e04-4bdd-9fd4-7989117a1d60/edit I see:
      1. 1
      2. 2
      ...
      and 35 and 41 are down where they ought to be.

      What is going on?
