Right now, visiting the user page for a spammer editor will clearly identify them as spammers, but someone who has just had their edit or edit notes privileges disabled, or is set as untrusted, is not visible to the admin until they go to the edit user page.

Unlike with "Spammer", these flags possibly not need to be communicated to every user, but it should still be shown to admins so it's easy to see at a glance if someone is blocked or not.
