In the long term, wiki.musicbrainz.org should be moved to wiki.metabrainz.org but to achieve this goal wiki pages related to MusicBrainz have to be identified as such. A way out would be to move those pages under a new namespace "MusicBrainz:" similar to the current namespace "MetaBrainz:" but that would break the documentation pages in MusicBrainz website.

So a prerequisite to adding a "MusicBrainz:" wiki namespace is to make MusicBrainz Server supports it by looking for the corresponding wiki page in the namespace "MusicBrainz:" at first if no namespace is specified and if not found falling back to the wiki page in the main namespace.
