In the same way we let the proposer, candidate and seconders know the amount of Yes and No votes while the election is happening, it can be useful to know the number of abstaining editors as well (if it's a lot, or even a majority, then that suggests the election might have been premature or the introduction of the editor in the autoeditor forum not good enough). Right now that can be gotten by counting the amount of votes on the voters list and substracting the Yes and No amounts, but MBS-13111 will hide the voters list while the election is ongoing. As such, it seems like a good idea to add an Abstain count as well to the vote tally together with Yes and No.

We could also show the total number of voters as well - can't see any reason not to do both really.
