Currently any editor that has left a note on an edit, or the edit author, is notified when a no vote is cast, or if a note is left. I think it should be possible for editors to subscribe to notification to more events (i.e. any votes added, or when the edit is accepted/rejected/approved.

I would be interested in this feature myself, and others on the IRC have also expressed interest.
