Email notification when an edit passes

      Every so often there's an edit that requires a bit of follow-up after it has passed. http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14483692 is one such. I'd like a checkbox for "notify when applied" to appear for edits that aren't going to pass immediately, i.e. destructive edits for auto-editors and I guess most edits for normal editors.
