Filter artist events by event cancellation

      The events filter should allow filtering by major event properties:
      1. The entire event was cancelled
      2. The current artist's appearance was cancelled
      3. Either the entire event or the current artist's appearance was cancelled

      This ticket is for the (more straightforward) situation where the whole event was cancelled, and will implement filter 1.
