The events filter should allow filtering by major event properties:
1. The entire event was cancelled
2. The current artist's appearance was cancelled
3. Either the entire event or the current artist's appearance was cancelled

This ticket is for the (less straightforward) situation where the artist appearance itself was cancelled but the event still happened, and will implement filters 2 and 3. 1 is implemented with MBS-14258
