Warn if closing artwork editor with changes made/pending

      Currently you can (often accidentally...) close any add-cover-art and add-event-art page without warning, even if images have been added or are mid-upload.

      Adding a warning/confirmation dialogue would bring these pages in line with our other editing pages.
