The server should store times for events and performances during those events as a timestamp

Probably should be internally stored as ISO_8601 or just a Unix Timestamp

Currently, there's no way to tell what time zone the times at the event are intended to be in, which is becoming more of a problem with international / online events.

The schema change for this would require a new field for all relevant entities since the raw time text would have an unknown time zone and thus can't be parsed into the timestamp automatically (Open to ideas if it would be possible)

This would also require UI changes to allow the user to easily enter a timestamp, however most (if not all) modern browsers support this as a native UI
