Guess Case: make the default mode depend of release language

      Import of http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/3140

      Now that we ask editors to put the release language in before the tracklist, we could make it so the default Guess Case mode depends on release language. Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Estonian, Polish and probably several more should default to Sentence.

          Quite a few more, I think all of the ones we currently have capitalisation standards for are sentence case, except for English (obviously ), French, German, Turkish and transliterated Hebrew.
