"It would be nice, in the Edit information (show/edit) page, to have just one button to Change your vote and Add note at the same time.

Like we already have it in the Browse edits (mod/search) search page."

"Note that it's not just 'nice'. It's a very common use case to change your vote and add a note explaining why at the same time. With the current design, one of the changes is lost, and it's easy to not notice that. (It happened to me a few times.)"
