See edit:16904184 where I clicked Enter vote upper button and it apparently sent the edit note altogether.
This behaviour is normal for the lower Add note and votes button but shouldn't be for the upper Enter vote button

Also I'm no english but is it checked and normal to have sometimes S and sometimes not ?
Enter vote (no S on vote)
Add note and vote*s* (no S on note, then S on vote) do we add several votes at once ?
