It would be beneficial if specific notes could be linked to, especially on some particularly long edit conversation pages.

(1) I would suggest attaching the anchor to the timestamp on the right end of the note header with no difference in the current style.
(2) When the page has loaded, a color hint should be applied to inform/hint the size of the comment. Meaning that when the page loads, if an anchor is part of the url, a colored background should be applied to the entire edit element, and faded out to no background at all within 2 seconds or so.
