Was trying to enter a new CD.

Used the CD Lookup feature in Picard, entered Kevin Hume as the artist, selected create new release, entered 'The Dressed Animals Songbook' as the release title, hit next. Entered the following as the track list:

1. A Parade in Stocking'd Feet - Kevin Hume
2. A Song of Birds - Kevin Hume
3. Thee, Underdog - Kevin Hume
4. Friendly Dragons - Kevin Hume
5. Anne Marie - Kevin Hume
6. Garden Pathways - Kevin Hume
7.What Would Be the Good - Kevin Hume
8. I Don't Want to Be Somewhere Else - Kevin Hume
9. Vincent Left Only His Worries Behind - Kevin Hume
10. Et Vous? - Kevin Hume
11. Autobiographical Notes - Kevin Hume
12. Primrose Hill - Kevin Hume
13. Wrap Song - Kevin Hume
14. Cinnamon's Chorale - Kevin Hume

Hitting next from that screen gave me the errors:

Regardless of using the basic or advanced interface.

Using firefox 4.0.1 as the broswer. Looks like it might be something in your javascript as the data submitted to the server doesn't contain the data entered on screen. The preview appears correct, just the submitted data is wrong.
