Allow creating new release groups when editing existing releases via the release editor

      The web GUI must have autocompleted to an incorrect release group when I added a new release recently. Now, the interface prevents me from changing the release group. It let's me change the text, but does not recognize it as an edit. (this is a new release and new release group)
