I've been looking at http://test.musicbrainz.org/release/d2bb98d6-8290-4620-bc51-c1c5f082cedb to see how the old fake collaboration artists can be moved to the new split format. I like the new popup that allows this to happen but noticed a few issues with it in actual use:

• On clicking Done, there is no indication that you have to also click 'Enter edit' or that the pending change has been received by the server.
• Even though the 'Enable auto-editor privileges' box is ticked, the edit is not approved. This can however be done manually by listing open edits.
• The resulting release is incorrectly linked to the original collab. artist and then the first two of the three new artists entered.
