The current release editor is horrible

      • things like popups on top of popups...
      • with no visual cues on how you are supposed to use those popups.
      • dragging a new tracklist is buggy, sometimes the tracklist just stays around with no way to close it
      • you can't use this method to add a tracklist with a keyboard
      • when searching for a tracklist you seemingly get one at random if there should be multiple candidates
      • you need to click each item you want to edit, there is no way to tab through them with the keyboard
      • i think this would be a good chance to also fix some of the issues I had with the original mb_server release editor:
      • when you're adding a release with the same artist on X of the tracks, it should do a lookup of that artist just once and apply it to all of them.
      • tab order should be per column I think, definitely not go through track number and track time.
      • we need to figure out how much of the current editsuite we want to support, and integrate that into the editor properly instead of this odd floating box disconnected from the rest of the form. things we definitely need are:
      • track parser
      • guess case

      from MBS-385:

      1. Not show the artist repeatedly for single artist releases.
      2. Allow the user to change the artist for a release, without having to change all the track artists manually.
