Reorder medium/track needs changing

      Currently the 'move' (four way) cursor is used for reordering tracks and the 'text' cursor is used to reorder mediums.

      I think we should use either 'n-resize' or 'row-resize'. Maybe both - one for the track reordering and the other for medium reordering?
