People keep trying to remove stuff without giving any reasons for it - which usually leads to a No vote and a "please explain why you're doing this". It would be much easier for everyone if they were just told to add a note by the system instead - and seeing we have it now for release adds, I think this is a much smaller change.

Nikki points out that there are some removals (like remove relationship type/attribute) which don't have an edit note field, and that others are automatically done by ModBot. We shouldn't require a note for these - although if ModBot doesn't do so, it would be good if he left one saying "This entity has been removed because it was orphaned" or whatever. It could also be a bit tricky for Remove medium and Remove release label, which are part of the release editor flow.

Adding it for the rest of the things (remove recording, label, release, release group, relationship, disc ID, ISRC, alias) would still be an improvement though.
