Guess Case behaves differently, depending on whether you apply it to tracklists or to recordings/individual tracks. As this is basically the same data, G.C. should behave the same IMHO -> bug.
In my example "Comin' In on a Wing and a Prayer" [1] the tracklist editor considers In to be right, whereas the recording editor makes it lowercase (in). In this case, capitalized In would be right according to SG.

Yes it seems if you GC the individual track on http://musicbrainz.org/release/c90f753a-52ce-4844-b62f-e685712b256f/edit you get the recording behaviour (lowercase 'in'), but if you do the entire release you get different behaviour. (capitalized 'In').
Even if it's not strictly correct with respect to the style guide, it should at least be applied consistently....
