When trying to rename artist using "edit" tab it gives me option to change artist credits as well. It seems to create proper edits to change credits that were autoselected/-checked when the page was loaded. However, if I check some credit that was not selected automatically, then it does create a "edit artist credit" edit for it, but the edit contains no actual changes to credits ("before" and "after" are identical, at least to the naked eye; see attached image).
