Thickbox ignores native key modifiers for image links

      Clicking image links opens thickbox even if the user is pressing shift or ctrl. I expect the link to open in a new window and not in a lightbox.

      Patch attached which should work, though I haven't tested it live.

      PS: For anyone worried about branching away from thickbox trunk, it hasn't seen actually seen an update since '07.
